We have both Heated and Non-Heated classes!

Hot 90 A traditional series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises done in the safe environment of a heated room.  It is designed for inflexible beginners and every body - no experience required.  The heat warms your muscles so you can stretch and sweat away the stress while improving your blood circulation.  It makes you feel great.  Your body works better and you get your natural flexibility and your natural shape back.  Heal old injuries, increase flexibility, reduce stress, and improve breathing.  In the 90-minute class we do 2 sets of most every posture.  105 degrees F.

Hot 60 The classic Bikram sequence of 26 poses and 2 breathing exercises except we do only 1 set of most of the postures instead of 2.  You can get many of the benefits of a 90 minute class - and quickly get on with your day or evening.  60 minutes, 105 degrees.

Silent 60 A Hot 60 class without the usual verbal instruction - only cues to begin and end the postures.  The teacher may add some music if they choose.  No first-timers please.  105 degrees F.

Vinyasa This challenging and flowing form of yoga will sculpt, tone and hone the muscles of your body and mind. (Not recommended for lower-back issues - Hot 60 and Hot 90 best for lower-back).  No heat, 60 minutes.

Power Fusion A mix of Vinyasa and Hot 60 poses that will leave you feeling invigorated.  No heat, 60 minutes.

Meditation Learn how to clear your mind using your breath.  A meditation practice actually gives you more time in your life by making your mind calmer and more focused. Sometimes led by a person, sometimes a recording.  No heat, 30-45 minutes.

Hot Pilates A high intensity, low-impact, interval training class using Pilates principles.  It is per­formed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humid­ity. Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out. It is designed for all fit­ness levels.
