Welcome! All classes are 60 minutes and heated to about 95 degrees. Beginners welcomed and encouraged in all classes. Bring a mat and towel or rent them in the studio.
Bikram Style The original Hot Yoga - a set of 26 poses designed for everyone. Helpful if you have knee or back problems or just want a challenging class for overall mind and body health improvement.
Electric Stretch A deeper pulsing into each of the traditional 26 Bikram poses for a targeted, controlled stretch. Great for hip opening and back strengthening.
Ashtanga Flow This flowing ashtanga inspired vinyasa sequence will include emphasis on alignment joined with bandhas, mudras, mantras, arms, legs, core, and so much more, expect to feel “it” everywhere in the morning.
Vinyasa Flow This challenging and flowing form of yoga will sculpt, tone and hone the muscles of your body and mind.
Power Fusion A mix of Bikram and non-Bikram poses that will leave you feeling invigorated.
Hot Pilates A high intensity, low-impact, interval training (HIIT) class using Pilates principles - on a yoga mat . Hot Pilates strength­ens mus­cles and burns fat — all with­out the pound­ing of a high impact work­out.
