Hot60 and Hot90 classes are designed for people with injuries and chronic conditions. Knee pain, back pain, shoulder pain, poor circulation, blood sugar issues, inflexibility - all can be improved by starting this yoga. No experience or flexibility required.
- Drink lots of water BEFORE the class.
- Bring a mat and a beach towel (we have them for rent, too).

Vinyasa and Fusion are good if you don't want a heated class and your lower back is OK. You will still sweat because the room is warm.
Hot Pilates A high intensity, low-impact, interval training class using Pilates principles. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.
