Inversion poses are a tonic for the circulatory system and helpful for the legs, heart, and internal organs of elimination and digestion.  In this workshop, learn basic inversions and arm balances that aid in strengthening one's internal core, counter the effects of gravity, and balance the endocrine system. Postures that will be discussed and taught include: Crow/Crane, side Crow, forearm stand, and the king of all poses, headstand! In order for students to be physically prepped and warm for the inversion and arm-balance postures, there will be a short vinyasa sequence to start class.  You will leave the workshop with a clearer understanding of what it entails to not only be successful but safe!  All levels welcome.
